The hotel is situated in a stunning location near the town of Cat Ba, surrounded by beautiful green vegetation-covered rock pinnacles and birds of prey overhead. The rooms come with a terrace and outdoor furniture, but the standing shower room is located out of the room. The service had a mix of friendly and rude encounters, with instances of laughter and rude comments behind my back. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of delicious dishes worth every penny. The facilities offer great amenities, but getting from one area to another could be confusing at times.
